Yes. Every piece is sourced through authorized distributors — no mystery lots, no knockoffs. If anything you receive isn't genuine, contact us and we'll make it right.
Every box is inspected under light before it's listed and given one of four grades:
Mint — no visible flaws. Near Mint — tiny factory marks only. Minor Wear — light corner or edge wear. Damaged Box — priced lower, figure is perfect.
The grade on the listing is the grade of the box that ships.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days with tracking. Every figure goes in a soft protector and is double-boxed with padding.
Orders placed on TikTok Shop or Amazon follow that platform's shipping options.
All sales are final. Collectible value depends on condition, so we don't accept returns for change of mind.
The exception: if your item arrives damaged or isn't what was listed, we'll make it right — see below.
Purchases on TikTok Shop and Amazon are covered by that platform's own return process.
Take photos of the box and the shipping carton before you throw anything away, then reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged or not-as-listed items are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Pre-orders ship as soon as the release lands with us. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can move; we'll keep you posted if yours does.
